We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right fast.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of approval and may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN
We accept returns when:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item is significantly different from the product description
- Item never arrived (after 15 business days from dispatch)
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items with discarded original packaging
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Damage caused by improper use or storage
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email us at officialbuvion@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and 1–2 clear photos of the item.
3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
4. If approved, we'll arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days, plus 5–7 additional days depending on your bank.
Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer. Please provide your IBAN or account details when submitting your return request.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll send a replacement at no charge after verifying the issue. You may also request a full refund and place a new order.
SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong, or damaged item), we cover return shipping. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS
Used, opened, or items missing original packaging cannot be accepted unless defective. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, check your bank account and contact your card provider. If the issue persists, contact us directly.
